SELF HELP BOOKS * SCHEMA THERAPY  *   ASK A QUESTION Online Counselling Whilst online counselling is a relatively new approach within cognitive behavioural therapy, it is fast becoming popular. Indeed some of the NHS trusts are now providing some e mail counselling as well as telephone counseling. Some people find that they can express themselves better by writing than talking, and you can revise your online transcripts over and over. Handouts on particular problems can be e-mailed or posted to clients. E - Mail Counselling E - mail Counseling involves replying to two of your e-mails. The approach taken will be a cognitive behavioural response. The cost of e - mail counseling will be £20.00 for two e mail replies.   2 e-mail responses to your e mails, pay now by credit card £20.00    Telephone Counselling Telephone counseling will involve sixty minutes per session with the first session being an assessment and subsequent sessions being treatment sessions. Calls will be paid for by the therapist as long as they are in the UK, calls outside the UK will be paid for by the client.
